I just recently bought my first house in south Florida. I am a former Us army soldier, and during my transition out of the military, Lisa Pennie was my realtor and help me to purchase my dream house. It took couple of months to get it done, since the area I wanted to buy was very competitive. Lisa showed me plenty of houses, and she put a lot of effort to get me where I wanted to be. Lisa Pennie is seriously the best realtor in South Florida and military friendly! She has been amazing! She has gone above and beyond to help my family and I not only find our starter home while I was deployed but she’s helped us buy two homes in the last 2 years. She made my husband’s life and the process as smooth as possibly with a 2 year old! She took the time to understand what we were looking for and catered to our inexperienced questions and knowledge about purchasing our first home. She always gave us the information we needed and not just want we wanted to hear to make the right.

Lisa is an amazing realtor.  She is very honest and upfront with you about everything.  Lisa is good at explaining the buying or selling process from start to finish in a way you can understand. I used the VA to buy my house, they recommended Lisa.  We probably looked at 15 homes before I finally found one.  Lisa worked her tail off.  I then used her to sell my house 5yrs later.  I can't go into details,  but she worked even harder to sell it for me.  I am telling you,  you can't go wrong with Lisa.  Honest, trustworthy, hardworking,  things that are hard to find in the realestate business.  Use Lisa and you won't want to use anyone else.
